Refund & cancellation policy Complete pass & first-visit guide
01Does my parent gym limit where I can train?

No. Choose one parent gym as your starting point. The pass includes every active physical WTF gym listed here, across cities, plus new WTF gyms when they open during your membership. Your starting gym does not limit your access.

02When does my year start?

Your year starts on the date your payment succeeds, in Indian Standard Time, and ends the day before the next calendar anniversary. Your exact start and expiry dates appear in your confirmation and membership.

03What happens when a new gym opens?

It is included at no additional branch-access charge for the remaining term of your membership. A new opening does not restart or extend your year. No particular future location or opening date is promised.

04Can I train at any time?

You can use an included gym during its published opening hours. The pass does not mean every gym is open 24/7. Check location details and hours before travelling.

05What is included in the price?

Unlimited gym access for one named member. Personal training, paid classes, supplements and other paid add-ons are separate unless explicitly included in your purchase. The pass cannot be shared.

06Is the monthly equivalent a monthly payment?

No. The monthly equivalent divides the annual price by twelve for comparison. The full annual amount, including applicable tax, is paid upfront. This pass has no monthly auto-debit.

07Can I cancel or pause my membership?

The current WTF policy makes memberships non-cancellable and non-refundable. Annual members may request a pause of up to one month, subject to a formal request. Read the linked refund and cancellation policy, including transfer conditions, before paying.

08How do I start training after I pay?

Your confirmed membership appears in your WTF account. Follow the access setup for your chosen gym. Face-entry devices need your member enrolment to be complete; if you have not enrolled before, complete that setup before using face entry.
