01 / YOUR ENTITLEMENT

All Access means the network.

₹24,000 including applicable tax. One upfront annual payment for one named member. Unlimited access to every active physical WTF gym in the included catalogue, across cities, during each gym’s opening hours.

New WTF gyms are included as they open during your membership, for its remaining term. Your parent gym is your starting point. It does not restrict access to the rest of the included WTF network.

What is separate?

Personal training, paid classes, supplements and other paid add-ons are separate unless explicitly included in the purchase. A facility appearing on a branch listing is not a promise that every associated service is free. The pass cannot be shared.

02 / YOUR YEAR

Your own start. Your own expiry.

The year starts on the date payment succeeds, in Indian Standard Time. It ends the day before the next calendar anniversary. Your actual start and expiry dates appear in your confirmed membership.

A new gym opening does not restart or extend your year. No particular future branch or opening date is guaranteed. This is an annual upfront payment; a displayed monthly equivalent is a comparison, not a monthly subscription or auto-debit.

03 / AFTER PURCHASE

From an order to an active pass.

1. Choose a starting gym, review the order and accept the policies yourself.
2. Sign in or create your WTF account and complete its required verification.
3. Pay through the existing Cashfree checkout. The server checks payment with the provider.
4. Read your confirmation: payment received and membership active are separate states. An order being created is not activation.
5. Use the same account in the WTF app to view your membership. Confirm the gym’s opening hours before travelling.
6. Complete member enrolment if needed for face entry. Access also depends on the gym’s entry device being connected and synchronized.

No sales call is required for the normal online purchase. First-time physical entry setup is a separate step; purchasing online does not create a face enrolment automatically.

04 / BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Read the annual commitment.

Under the current WTF policy, memberships are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Annual members may request a pause of up to one month, subject to a formal request. Pause and transfer conditions are governed by the published policy.

A pass is personal to the named member. Do not assume it can be freely shared, transferred, cancelled or converted into a monthly plan.

05 / WHEN PAYMENT NEEDS A CHECK

Your order has a return path.

Payment pending: use “Check my payment” in checkout or return to the confirmation link using the same account. Keep the order reference. A closed browser or a debit notification alone does not establish membership activation.

Payment received, activation pending: the confirmation page keeps checking. Your payment is confirmed; do not pay again to solve an activation delay.

Expired checkout or bank debit without confirmation: contact support with the order reference before making another payment.

Existing membership inactive: review dates and status in the WTF app and seek help with that record. Paying again is not the first step for resolving an account issue.

Include your order reference when asking for help. Never share an OTP or payment password.
