Which gyms can I use?
Every active physical WTF gym listed here, across cities. New WTF gyms are included when they open, until your pass expires. Your preferred gym helps us set up your membership; it does not restrict your access.
When does my year start?
Your pass starts on the date your payment succeeds, in Indian Standard Time. It runs for one calendar year. Your exact start and expiry dates appear in your confirmation and membership.
Do new gyms cost extra?
No. Any new WTF gym that opens during your membership is included for the remaining term. A new opening does not restart or extend your year.
Can I visit whenever I want?
You can train at any included gym during its published opening hours. The pass does not mean every gym is open 24/7. Check the location and hours before travelling.
Is this a monthly subscription?
No. It is one annual payment, including applicable tax. The monthly equivalent is shown for comparison only. There is no monthly auto-debit on this pass.
Can I cancel or pause my pass?
The current WTF policy makes memberships non-cancellable and non-refundable. Annual members may request a one-time pause of up to one month. Read the linked refund and cancellation policy, including its transfer conditions, before paying.
What is included?
Unlimited gym access for the named member. Personal training, paid classes, supplements and other paid add-ons are separate unless explicitly included in your purchase. The pass cannot be shared.
